The reality of restaurant area. Today in my ‘Restaurant business Operation’ class, my lecturer told us about complain on the food when dining at a restaurant. She said; NEVER EVER SEND BACK YOUR FOOD TO THE KITCHEN BACK. You can complain but don’t request for a new food, even if they offer new one , just say; NO THANKS..
